Multicare Facility Manager - Parsippany, NJ.

  • Manage and continually improve multi location and multi-specialty therapeutic services (within 50 miles radius).
  • Provide input and assist in growth plans including marketing, patient outreach and retention. Improvise patient management & improve efficiency in delivering health care
  • Assist in creating goals and objectives to achieve business outcomes.
  • Ensure that the managed facility employs best practices in regulatory compliance. Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the facility or therapeutic services.
  • Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.
  • Analyze and improvise patients’ flows and consult with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems. 
  • Assist and create SOPs for patient onboarding, employee onboarding, and patient liasoning.
  • Maintain awareness of advances in medicine, computerized diagnostic and treatment equipment, data processing technology, government regulations, health insurance changes, and financing options. Manage change in integrated health care delivery systems, including work restructuring, technological innovations, and shifts in the focus of care.
  • Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability.
  • Create and maintain training procedures for new and existing staff.
  • Develop instructional materials and conduct in-service and community-based educational programs. Inspect facilities and recommend building or equipment modifications to ensure emergency readiness and compliance to access, safety, and sanitation regulations. Other similar duties as assigned.
  • Require Master’s in Business Administration, General Management, or equivalent and 6 months experience in the job offered or 6 months experience as a Business Management Analyst, Assistant Supervisor, or equivalent.
  • Experience must be in healthcare services in conducting efficiency studies and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, and organizational changes.
  • Various worksites: relocation and travel to project-based unanticipated locations within USA possible.
