Purvi Pithwa

Purvi Pithwa,
Owner / Physical Therapist

Purvi obtained her post-professional master's in physical therapy from New York University, NY, with a concentration in pathophysiology. She has been providing physical therapy around the globe since 1997 in various outpatient adult and pediatric facilities. 

She has been successfully managing and running the physical therapy outpatient clinic Healing Joints Physical Therapy, in Edison, New Jersey since 2008. Purvi proudly managed the clinic expansions into Parsippany, NJ, and other areas.

With her wide range of experience and highly honed set of skills, Ms. Pithwa has been helping her patients to successfully transit from pain into a state of well-being or from disability into long-term recovery.

Purvi works closely with many surgeons and general MDs to provide follow-up for their patients. She supports the most up-to-date and proven manual therapy techniques like McKenzie or Mulligan techniques and keeps up with current post-operative protocols.  Purvi is highly proficient with K-taping, a holistic, drug-free therapy method that has exceptional results for sports injury patients.

Dollyben Shah

Dollyben Shah,
Physical Therapist

Dollyben received her bachelor's of physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University, India (2007 – 2011). She worked in India for 2 years in an outpatient clinic and a heart institute.

Then, she came to the US and took the Physical Therapy license exam in 2016. She has been a Board Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey since 2017 and in the state of Texas since 2016.

Ms. Shah has experience in both outpatient and skilled nursing facilities. She has been working at the Healing Joints Physical Therapy Clinic in New Jersey since 2018.

Dollyben takes particular pride in implementing the most current evidence-based treatments for all her patients. She works closely with surgical cases, sports injury, orthosis, prosthetic management, geriatrics neuro reeducation, pediatrics and infant care.

Dollyben enjoys furthering her knowledge through various continuing education courses.
