Effective May 17th, our physical therapy office will be relocating to a new address. We want to ensure a seamless transition for your ongoing treatment and care, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

Please Note : Entrance is from the back side of the building 

Please take note of the following key details regarding the move:

Effective Date:  All appointments scheduled from 05/17/2023 onwards will be held at the new address.

Contact Information: Our telephone number and email address will remain the same, ensuring uninterrupted communication and accessibility.

Directions and Parking: Its is diagonally across the road from the old location and entrance is from the back side of the building.  Additionally, ample parking facilities will be available at the new location, ensuring ease of access.

Appointments: If you have an existing appointment scheduled with us, it will automatically be transferred to the new location. Our team will contact you individually to confirm your appointment details.
